Welcome to Lang Volley
Developing Athletes. Mentoring People. Building Futures.
Hi — I’m Aaron Lang.
For more than 25 years, volleyball has shaped my life as a person, player, coach, and mentor. Today, I work with athletes who want more than just reps and drills — they want direction, confidence, and a clear path toward becoming the best version of themselves on and off the court.
Lang Volley exists for athletes who are serious about getting better.
Not just better this season.
Better for the next level.
More Than Coaching — This Is Mentorship
There are many coaches who can run drills.
Very few teach athletes how to train, how to think, and how to develop long-term success.
My role is closer to an advisor and mentor — helping athletes understand:
-
How elite players actually train
-
How to build strength and durability
-
How to prevent injuries and extend careers
-
How to develop confident, repeatable mechanics
-
How to stand out to coaches and recruiters
-
How to become leaders, competitors, and resilient people
I specialize in working with motivated athletes ages 14–18 who are ready to invest in their growth and separate themselves from the crowd.
The Lang Volley Difference
Athletes who train with me don’t just improve skills — they learn a system.
✔ Elite technical development
✔ Proven strength & mobility progressions
✔ Arm swing and movement efficiency
✔ Injury prevention and body awareness
✔ Mental performance and competitive mindset
✔ Honest mentorship and individualized guidance
This is the type of development typically reserved for college and professional athletes — brought directly to committed youth players.
Who I Work With
Lang Volley is designed for:
-
Dedicated middle school & high school athletes (13–18)
-
Club players pursuing varsity, college, or elite competition
-
